About Tracey

For Tracey, nursing has always been a privilege — a chance to walk alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments. As both a nurse and a mom, she understands how deeply health challenges affect everyday life.

Her own journey, together with more than 20 years in nursing, inspired her to specialise in diabetes care. Living and working on the North Coast of KZN, she recognised a real gap in accessible, personalised support and founded Hello Diabetes Nurse to fill that need.

Today, Tracey combines clinical expertise with empathy, kindness, and practical coaching to empower people living with diabetes to feel confident, supported, and hopeful — one step at a time.

Beyond her work, Tracey is a wife and a mom to two incredible boys.
